Prayer always seems to help! :-) Beyond that, be involved in their lives, be available, and talk to them about faith. Study after study indicates that students follow in their parents footsteps when it comes to what they believe. Some parents think that the best thing they can do for their child, spritually speaking, is to enroll them in conirmation class, drop them off at church, and pick them up when it's over. Nothing can be further from the truth. Talk to them. Pray with them. Be quick to listen and slow to speak. Oh yeah, take a look at the family calendar and see if it reflects the desire to see your child grow in their faith!
